Short biography
Ifechi Japhet Nwaorisa is a Nigerian writer from Owerri, Imo State, living in England. He is the author of six books published on Amazon in 2025, including the memoirs God Bless Gay People and Owerri to London and, with his mother Blessing Ngozi Obi, Biafra Rising. He is gay, lives openly with HIV, advocates peacefully for Biafran self-determination and runs a volunteer support line for LGBT+ Nigerians in Nigeria, Ghana and the United Kingdom.
