How to buy
Every book is on Amazon as a Kindle e-book, and most are also available as paperbacks and hardcovers printed on demand. The Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk links on each page lead to the same titles; choose the store for your country. The Kindle editions can be read on any phone with the free Kindle app.
Why only Amazon
Because it is the one shop that reaches Nigeria, Ghana, England and everywhere in between without me having to post a parcel from a flat in England. And because the books are the only thing I own outright. Nothing from inside them is printed on this site.
Reviews
If you read one, please leave a few honest lines on Amazon. Reviews are how a self-published book by a Nigerian nobody has heard of finds the next reader. It is also how I know someone is out there.
Reading order
If you want the truth first, read God Bless Gay People, then Owerri to London. If you came for Biafra, start with Biafra Rising. If you like fiction that hurts, I Am Son of a Fallen Woman, and if you want to be frightened, Road to Satanism. The Path to God is for a quieter hour.

Buying the books
Are the books available outside Amazon?
No. Kindle, paperback and hardcover editions are sold only on Amazon. No PDF or full text is published here or anywhere else.
Can I read them in Nigeria or Ghana?
Yes. The Kindle editions can be bought from Amazon.com and read in the free Kindle app on any Android or iPhone. Paperbacks ship to some African countries; check the Amazon page for your address.
Are the memoirs true?
God Bless Gay People and Owerri to London are my own life. Some names and details are changed to protect people. The two novels are fiction built on things that are real.
Who is Jay Nwaorisa?
Me. The Path to God was published under Jay, the name my friends use.
Where does the money go?
To the support line for LGBT+ Nigerians: airtime, and small emergency payments for people who need a safe night, a bus fare or a clinic.
